Refund Policy

At My Nexbuy Store, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your perfume purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging, including any cellophane wrapping.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than [Number] days after delivery.

  • Samples or travel-sized products (if applicable).


 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at mynexbuystore@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for the return.

    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.


 

4. Shipping Returns

 

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mynexbuystore@gmail.com.


 

6. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mynexbuystore@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement.
